Shipping & Delivery

Our most orders are shipped within 3 working days and delivered in 3-4 days from shipping. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 6 working days, to ship the order depending upon the product. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers and depending upon where you live estimate a delay of 2-3 days. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item and you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.

Return Policy

Before you return our product, we would like you to understand a bit more about how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Some of the stones being natural stones, therefore may vary slightly. We take great efforts to put in the details of dimensions and weight of every product for you to have a better idea before you decide to make a purchase. NOTE: Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received an incorrect product. If you receive a product that is damaged we request you to send us images of the product along with the packaging in the condition you received it through email within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Once we confirm, you can send us the piece to our office address. Damaged / Defective products must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories for example bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentations, etc. Return facility is available only via self-returns. Return-pick-up facility is not available on the items. After inspecting the condition and once we authorize the condition of the product, we will either repair or replace the piece for you. In case there is no similar piece to be replaced, we will refund the purchase price of the jewellery. Please do not courier the product to us without authorization from our team on the email. We will not be able to offer any help in such a case. All returns / replacements are subject to the discretion of Just Jay.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned products and after inspecting the condition (products should be in original packaging and un-used condition), we would either send you a replacement OR issue you a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days. No cash refunds are made. We will get back to you with further details within a working day or as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. - Cancellations by the Customer In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
